How do I create an account?
When you sign up for your first course with Alternate Medical Media, you’ll be asked to create an account.

You’ll use this account to access all of your course materials on our platform.

What if I forget my password?
If you’ve forgotten your password, please email us using the contact form above, and someone will assist you.
How do I change my password?
If you’d like to change your password, go to your account page and select “change password.”
Can I cancel my account?
Yes, you can cancel your account with us at any time.

However, please be aware that by deleting your account you will lose any progress that you’ve made on any incomplete courses.

Courses

How do I sign up for a course?
To sign up for a course, first select the topic you’re interested in. Then, simply complete the registration process and you’re all set.

You’ll receive an email confirmation with all the information you need as soon as you’ve completed the registration process.

How do I receive my course certificate?
Once you’ve completed a course and associated evaluation, your professional development certificate will be automatically generated and available for immediate download. You will also receive a copy of your certificate via email.
How do I complete a course?
We present all of our courses in easy-to-navigate video lessons. Simply watch the video, complete a short quiz and move on to the next lesson. Courses vary in length depending on the topic, but are generally between 5 and 15 lessons.

When you’ve completed all the lessons and associated quizzes, you’ll be asked to fill out a short evaluation to complete the certification process.

What if I lose my course certificate?
If you lose your professional development certificate, don’t worry – simply email us using the contact form above, and we’ll send you a replacement as quickly as possible.

Yes, you can cancel your account with us at any time. However, in order to receive a refund, please refer to our refund policy to see if you are eligible for a refund.

After you have completed all the modules, go back to the course homepage while logged in, and on the course homepage there will now be a button that says “Get Certificate”. You will be asked to complete a very brief evaluation and then your certificate will be available to download or print.

What if I lose my course certificate?
If you lose your professional development certificate, don’t worry – simply navigate back to the course landing page, while logged in, and the “Get Certificate” button will still be there. You will have to complete the very brief evaluation again, but then you can download and print your certificate again. If you are still having issues, please contact us on the form above and we will help.
